Naked Harmony: A Tantric Journey in Nature
This men’s retreat combines tantra, naked yoga, and naturism to offer a profoundly connecting experience in a privileged natural setting. Inspired by Spain’s naturist tradition, we will explore iconic locations in the Sitges area, where we will engage in physical and energetic practices—such as nude yoga, tantric dynamics, naturist walks, outdoor rituals, and talking circles—that foster authenticity, presence, and brotherhood among men. Nudity is experienced as a language of freedom and honesty, while the naturist philosophy provides an ecological, conscious, and respectful approach to the body and nature. KEY QUESTIONS
Why naked retreats?
Being naked on a yoga retreat can promote body acceptance, enhance sensory awareness, and create a sense of freedom and liberation. It fosters mindfulness, breaks down social barriers, and deepens connection to nature. The experience can also lead to personal growth, empowerment, and improved energy flow, all in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
What to expect during this week?
This retreat is designed to foster connections, both with yourself and others, through joyful moments and shared experiences. You’ll enjoy a variety of yoga practices, all set indoor and surrounded by nature, offering relaxation, rejuvenation, and a deeper sense of community.
What about accommodation?
We can accommodate up to 8 participants, with everyone staying in shared rooms (one suite with queen size bed, one studio with two queen size bed and two suites with two single beds). Due to the limited space, we encourage early reservations to ensure a full retreat experience. The suite with queen size bed is primarily reserved for couples or two friends who wish to share. Rooms will be allocated by the instructor.
Participants may check in starting at 14:00 on the first day of the retreat and are required to check out by 12:00 on the final day.
What is included in the retreat price?
It includes accommodation, healthy full-board meal plan, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, daily yoga activities; alcohol and transportation is not included.
Payment terms: A 50% deposit is required upon reservation, with the remaining 50% on the first day of the retreat depending on the instructor. A 4% fee will be added for payments made by credit card.
Cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided if the participant cancels 30 days or more before the first day of the retreat. Cancellations made less than one week before the retreat will not be refunded unless valid proof of justification is provided.
What about transportation?
Casa Brisa is located 11 km from Sitges and public transport is not freely available. Most guests rent a car. We work with local drivers and can provide their contact information to help you book a ride in advance.
For airport transfers, buses run from Barcelona Airport to Sitges during regular hours and can be a budget-friendly option. From Sitges, you can take a taxi to Casa Brisa.
Additionally, plan to arrive at Casa Brisa by 5 PM on the first day the retreat.
What about a potential retreat cancellation?
If Casa Brisa cancels the retreat, a 30-day notice will be provided, and all deposits will be refunded. Casa Brisa is only responsible for reimbursing the accommodation deposit and is not liable for any other costs, including travel or personal expenses.
Force Majeure: Neither party will be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond their control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, family emergencies, illness, or insufficient participant numbers (fewer than 6 participants plus the instructor).
